Your mental health matters, and my goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can process emotions, gain insight, develop coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges—with empathy, curiosity, and a touch of humor. ’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of Wayne State University, where I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults facing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress, trauma, grief and loss, infertility, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
