I will help you put a plan in place to help you move forward, and celebrate your successes along the way. Helping people live a better life is my passion. It might mean learning to set boundaries, working through a loss, life transition, or helping you change a pattern of behaviour that is keeping you stuck. My goal is to help you feel better so you can live the life you’ve always dreamed of! I offer an inclusive, safe space with in-person or virtual appointments to suit your schedule. I believe in the connection of mind, body, and spirit. I recognize the importance of self-care & incorporate mindfulness techniques & stress management strategies into my counseling sessions. My goal is to empower individuals to develop healthier coping mechanisms, enhance self-awareness, & build resilience to navigate life's challenges with confidence.
