I provide a safe, grounded, and supportive space where couples, teens and family groups (adult or child) feel comfortable sharing, processing and healing. With over 20 years of experience working with families, I utilize attachment-based therapy and focus on helping couples strengthen emotional bonds, restore connection, heal betrayal and interrupt unhelpful communication patterns. I am passionate about supporting newer couples in building secure attachment and strong foundations for lasting relationships. I also specialize in supporting adolescents ages 11–18 with anxiety, confidence and helping them develop emotional regulation. I have decades of experience with child and adolescent development, anxiety, social challenges and self worth. I work with anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, co-parenting and life transitions. My approaches include EFT, Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems and EMDR.
