Hello! I am Amy White, a Licensed Clinical Social Work. I received my degree from University of Texas at Arlington and have worked in the field for 11 years. I have had my private practice for five years. I strive to foster a safe environment to discuss any/all topics that will help my clients achieve an even happier and healthier life. In our first session together, I will explain my therapeutic approach. We will take time to highlight the areas of discussion along our journey. I will take space to make sure you are feeling heard and understood. I understand that therapy can be nerve-wrecking. My hope is to create and communicate a sense of ease around the process.
