Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I earned my Master’s degree from California State University Long Beach and have been practicing for 7 years. I specialize in helping young adults who are struggling with stress, anxiety, and life transitions. In my practice, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a strength-based approach, and Motivational Interviewing. My therapy style is semi-structured, where you take the lead in our conversations, but I offer gentle support to help identify key themes and guide the discussion deeper. In our first session together, we'll begin with brief introductions, and you'll have the opportunity to share the specific challenges you're facing. After that, I'll share my approach. In future sessions, we will work collaboratively to develop a personalized plan tailored to your needs.
