Hello! Congratulations on your decision to seek personal growth and support! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in New Jersey. I received my master's degree in Psychological Counseling from Monmouth University and have been practicing for 22 years. I help adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I provide a warm, safe, and encouraging space for adults to learn skills to negotiate challenging emotions and life situations. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing.
