Amylynn provides a safe place to come talk over a cup of tea. She is a great fit for clients who enjoy a relaxed, friendly environment. Clients may be seeking self exploration, understanding, relaxation, mindfulness, coping skills, rejuvenation and stress relief. Sessions will consist of a conversational format with a variety of clinical interventions. Amylynn is also a registered yoga teacher since 2019 as a compliment to counseling services.
