An Awakened Heart is the result of love and dedication in wanting to therapeutically serve others in their desire toward psychological well-being. Utilizing cognitive & transpersonal approaches specific to individual needs, the work lends toward a more whole and integrated sense of self. Through purposeful focus on self-recovery, the vision is to bring forth the best of whom we are, despite challenges, traumas & the emotional pain we are so often identifying. By reconnecting to ourselves we can begin to understand the themes roles & behavioral patterns that interfere and sabotage the changes we are trying to engage.
