Hello. It takes courage to reach out for help! Sometimes life brings us unexpected challenges and difficulties which at the time can seem overwhelming. When these challenges arise you may behave and have thoughts that negatively affect your life and relationships. Everyone needs help navigating life's issues and complexities from time to time. I am confident that each of my clients hold the capacity to overcome adversity, effectively communicate, make healthy life choices, and lead happy and productive lives. My clinical experience includes working with a variety of populations to include young adults and individuals over 55 years old. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, domestic violence, grief and loss, adjustment to life stressors (i.e. divorce, chronic illness), I can help you set goals for yourself and work toward achieving them.
