Hi, My name is Ana Fernandez, and I am a Licensed mental health therapist in California. I believe in the power of planting seeds of wellness through meaningful human connections. In the past, I have worked with women, children, couples, and families that have struggled with poor self-worth, childhood trauma, and trouble with relationships. Currently, my focus is on supporting women, parents, and young adults to overcome grief, trauma, and poor self-worth. Some of the topics that I commonly address are children of immigrant parents, intergenerational trauma, women's issues, and parental stress/education.
