In addition to working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD, I have experience and interest in issues affecting Latinx and Chicanx, communities, such as cultural stress and trauma, gender, migration, inter-culturalism, language, first-generation college students, and intercultural parenting practices. I offer bilingual therapy services in English and Spanish for adults and teens, placing emphasis on collaboration, social justice, and holistic wellness. I aim to highlight individuals' strengths and resilience while addressing their mental health needs and life goals.
