Hello, I’m Ana Gonzalez Guzman (she/ella), a Dominican clinician offering telehealth for teens and adults across Massachusetts. I support clients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and who are neurodivergent. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in the realities of migration, racism, language, and class. Together we’ll slow down, notice what is happening in your body, home, and community, and build routines for regulation, rest, and focus while honoring culture, family, and faith. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, bicultural, and provide care in English and Spanish.
