In life, there are times when we need to face challenging situations and make changes, but we may need help to think things through. I work from the perspective that all of us can bring certain strengths to bear and that we can benefit from self-understanding in order to use our strengths to the best of our abilities. Through a collaborative framework, I help people cope with the pressures of everyday life, transitions that are challenging and/or stressful as well as longstanding concerns such as learning difficulties, anxieties, mood problems, interpersonal concerns, and life transitions.
