As a bi-cultural/bi-lingual Latina Therapist with over twenty years of experience, I have had the pleasure of working with children, teens and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds. I provide psychotherapy to individuals from a holistic approach that incorporates mindfulness, relational, cognitive and psychodynamic theories. I love helping people, who are working in self-empowerment, managing anxiety, and relationship issues.
