Welcome, I'm glad you are here. When I am asked about what the biggest factor impacting mental health today I say it's loneliness and feeling alone. The use of cell phones, social media, world politics and remote work all have their place in contributing to less in-person contact. We are never truly off, as the work culture requires us to be on all the time. Where do we go to allow ourselves to be fully seen and accepted for who we are? Where do you get a chance to just be yourself and to discuss the pain and loneliness you are feeling? It's not your fault; the world is more complicated than ever.
