I collaborate with couples and individuals facing a diverse range of challenges such as varying communication styles, sex and sexuality concerns, life transitions, post-partum adjustments, multicultural issues, trauma, ADHD, disordered eating, and depression. I am passionate about helping people deepen their connections and empowering them to realize their full potential, guiding them toward a life free from obstacles and mental/emotional struggles. I achieve this by imparting knowledge on emotional, body, and mind awareness, offering practical coping strategies for daily life, and utilizing EMDR.
