With a background in exercise science and somatic practices like yoga and breathwork, I often work with athletes, adventurers, and those in high-stress/performance roles who want to balance ambition with well-being. I am also experienced in supporting neurodivergent clients and those who are recovering from trauma and looking to reconnect with themselves.
