I specialize in anxiety, depression and woman's issues. I believe in client centered work and meeting individuals where they're at. One method or therapeutic style does not work for everyone, and I believe in being present and non – judgmental. These are core principles in building a healthy therapeutic alliance. I have held many hats and played many roles in the field and have worked with a wide range of individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I help individuals gain insight and confidence that they can navigate through the world on their own speed and time, helping them to appreciate their process and be proud of whom they are.
