Hi, I'm Ana, and I understand that it’s important to make the right choice in who you choose to start your healing journey with. My hope is that this gives you an idea of what working with me might be like. I work primarily with anxiety, panic, depression, relationship issues, burnout, impostor syndrome, transition into parenthood, and other big life transitions. I have a special interest in working on setting boundaries in all types of relationships, identifying and breaking dysfunctional generational patterns, navigating parent-child relationships of all ages, and dismantling perfectionist tendencies.
