Client goals are achieved through discoveries in sessions of "AHA" empowerment! Clients in Georgia desiring satisfaction in meeting their mental health goals of being unstuck can do so comfortably right where they are. Pre-teens through Elders who experience concerns and need support to develop personal resilience, self-awareness, help in grief processing, stress/anxiety management and tolerance, communication, problem solving & decision-making, life transitions, and relationship management are my clientele! Lastly, Pre-Licensed GA individuals are welcomed into an ethically focused Supervision of understanding & transparency. From a Narrative model, I offer encouraging compassion & patience to help you tell your story, to narrate your path, thereby nurturing your courage to rewrite your narrative of strength. I employ evidence-based practices for tele-mental health: e.g., Talk-Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT/DBT, Solution-Focused, and Reality Therapy.
