If you feel overwhelmed, lost, lonely, depressed or anxious, you are not alone. In our world today, many people experience these feelings. I have dedicated the past 17 years of my life working with and helping individuals, couples, families, children and older adults facing different challenges in their lives, such as grief, relationship issues and mental illnesses. I use therapeutic approaches & techniques such as, family system, Emotion-focused therapy (EFT & EFIT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy and mindfulness based on each client's specific needs.
