This personal journey highlighted the profound power of therapy and inspired me to help others achieve similar transformations. I specialize in treating individuals with OCD, anxiety disorders including phobias and panic disorder, and mood disorders. My expertise also includes guiding individuals affected by trauma/ PTSD toward recovery and lasting healing. I also have extensive experience supporting clients through loss/grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
