As a therapist, I'm compassionate, nonjudgmental, straightforward, empowering and supportive. I hope to offer a safe environment, listen to your life challenges, address your goals for your mental well being and help you achieve those goals. My focus is to help my clients get lasting relief from anxiety, depression, stress, life transition struggles, self esteem issues and grief/loss. Therapy can help with overcoming every day challenges, emotional instability and overcome obstacles that cause stress.
