I am Analecia Nickel, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), private practice owner, and nonprofit Executive Director of Fur & Feelings. Many of my clients appear high-functioning but feel internally dysregulated, burned out, or unsure how to feel safe in their relationships or within themselves.
