Hello! I'm Analeise, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I provide individual and family therapy in a warm and welcoming manner, be it in my office in Park Ridge, or virtually. I come from the belief that even when external circumstances or internal struggles feel overwhelming, you possess an innate capacity for healing and growth. My role is to help you reconnect and lead with your authentic self vs. patterns of reactivity or anxiety. Through our work together, you can access your strongest, most grounded self in all areas of life: as a partner, parent, family member, and colleague.
