I'm a trauma-focused Marriage and Family Therapist trained in EMDR and TF-CBT for trauma, and a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator for couples. I am also a vetted clinician with The 100 Club of Illinois that exists to support veterans and first responders. My work is founded on Bowen Family Systems Theory while integrating IFS, EFT, and relational psychodynamics.
