I offer EMDR/FLASH services to jumpstart the trauma healing process and starting working right away on getting your life back to life worth thriving. I also utilize somatic practices to heal the body using evidence-based practices. I am a trauma-informed clinician. I utilize interventions to work on complex trauma, PTSD diagnosis, or critical incidents. I additionally specialize in gender/sexuality issues, neurodivergency, family systems, and couples work. I have a special heart for military, veteran, and first responders and their families.
