I am a therapist with a focus on supporting people through trauma and transformation. I know through my personal experience and professional practice just how overwhelming life can be, and how isolated people can feel when no one seems to understand their particular pain. I believe in the power of expression and connection to heal all manner of wounds, and open new possibilities in our lives that have been closed to us. I work with individuals, couples, grief, pre- and post-natal support, and major life transitions.
