I work with clients who have the desire to improve their life and recognize their own sense of self efficacy. Their issues may include but are not limited to: familial conflict, codependency, the need to balance holding close to their own culture and maintaining independent sense of self, and building confidence within their identity. My job is to help clients develop coping skills to manage any co-occurring mental health conditions or difficulties. A client working with me can expect to be challenged, met with empathy and compassion, and provided guidance in recognizing and building upon their strengths and sense of self worth.
