There’s a space here for more than talking. A space for reflection and repair, for digging deep, for recovery of who we were before we stumbled, before everyone told us who to be. My focus is on supporting clients to move through symptoms which are often bred of early environmental failures. I have supported clients experiencing symptoms of PTSD, complex/developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, and addictive relational patterns, as well as those on the autism spectrum. I offer a grounded space of warmth, generosity, and compassion to walk alongside you on your path.
