Starting therapy, or coming back to it, can feel intimidating especially if you’re not sure where to begin. Many of the clients I work with are new to therapy and are seeking support around childhood and attachment-related trauma, anxiety, or long-standing emotional patterns that no longer feel manageable. My approach is trauma-focused and attachment-informed, with an emphasis on creating a space that feels safe, collaborative, and non-overwhelming.
