I truly believe that you are not defined by your circumstances, but by your ability to rise above them. I share this with my clients who are experiencing a variety of symptoms affecting their moods and overall functioning. Common presenting concerns include school/work stress, relational issues, past traumas, and life transitions. As a certified first responder counselor, I also support individuals whose lives are impacted by their work in such roles. With each client, I strive to support their unique journey of personal growth and the development of resilience in their lives. Whether my clients have a difficult time accepting their pasts, living in the present, or embracing what is yet to come, I'm here to listen to their stories and take the next steps with them toward whatever their goals may be.
