I am here to support people in reconnecting with themselves and finding greater peace and purpose in their lives. My approach is holistic and designed to meet each individual, child, and family exactly where they are—especially during challenging life transitions. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, and art therapy, I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, and trauma. Together, we’ll create a space for healing that embraces the connection between mind, body, and soul.
