Hello! I'm Ana, a licensed mental health counselor with over 12 years of experience, and I'm here to support you on your journey of growth and resilience. I offer therapy for all ages, including pre-teens, adolescents, and young adults. I provide services in both English and Spanish (Español). I use a variety of treatment approaches, including CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and client-centered therapy. Therapeutic services will tailor to clients need and wants. Whether you prefer online or in-person sessions in the Miami-Dade area, I'm here to help with issues such as anxiety, depression, phobias, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. In our first session together, we shall start with introductions, what brings you to therapy, challenges you are currently facing and identify goals that you want to accomplish through therapy. We will work together in reviewing assessments and tailoring a treatment plan that caters to you.
