I have always been passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of those I work with. My practice welcomes individuals aged 18 and up. I have experience working with LGBTQIA+ populations, trauma, anxiety, and depression. My approach is rooted in compassion and the deep-rooted belief that everyone deserves to live their best life, free from distress and limitations. I understand that each individual’s journey is unique, and as such, I tailor my therapeutic techniques to meet the specific needs of each client. By fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and understanding, I aim to empower my clients to navigate life's challenges with resilience and confidence. With training in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Internal Family Systems, and other somatic therapies I would be honored to sit with you on a journey of healing and re connection.
