Welcome. If you’re here, it likely means something inside you is ready for healing, clarity, or change. I offer individual therapy for adults, adolescents, and children who are navigating life struggles such as anxiety, early relational trauma, spiritual development, or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My goal is to co-create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported as you explore what matters most to you. My approach is warm, creative, and grounded in presence. Drawing from a background in peer support, I meet clients with deep respect and care for their lived experience.
