Hey y’all! I’m Andie, a LPCA dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of this thing called life and focus on mental health, including trauma, grief, OCD, mood and anxiety disorders, as well as complex symptoms, such as psychosis. With an emphasis on relational, humanistic, and person-centered approaches, I most commonly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strengths-based treatment modalities. But the bottom line - your therapy can be adapted to your own needs as I am open to accommodating you on your journey to healing.
