I work with individuals and couples who find themselves having a difficult time adjusting to a life transition such a a child leaving home, divorce, caring for an elderly parent or coping with a chronic illness. Asking for help is hard but when clients come to me, I see the glimmer of hope that made them reach out. For some, therapy is about problem solving. For others therapy gives the opportunity for self discovery. I help you explore your feelings and thoughts and these conversations will change the ways you relate to yourself and others.
