Do you spend your time over analyzing and second guessing your decisions? Do you often feel others' opinions weighing on your decisions? Self-doubt may have shaped the way you have engaged with the world, and moreover see yourself in the world. I work with communities of color and queer identities specifically focusing on feelings of being a burden, exclusion, and self-worth. I will help identify, understand, develop, and strengthen your sense of self. The most important skills to have are your willingness to engage and ability to practice honesty and openness with yourself, which are skills learned in therapy. Vulnerability is key!
