My work is to meet you where you are and assist you on the journey of where you want to go. We collaborate to explore and gain understanding of your true nature, your authentic self. The therapeutic process may include taking stock of the passages of your life; looking at early attachment and its current manifestations; and how the therapeutic relationship may deepen insight, improve coping skills and expand opportunities.
