I specialize in supporting creative, highly sensitive professionals who navigate complex professional demands. These individuals often struggle with emotional overwhelm and burnout. They may feel anxious, stuck, or impacted by childhood emotional neglect and difficult relationships that affect their self-esteem and self-expression. Previously, I served as the Program Director at Clear Behavioral Health, overseeing the adolescent and adult intensive outpatient programs.
