When you are struggling with an issue that's causing you pain, you want a therapist who will make you feel comfortable, and provide you a safe healing space. I help people work through childhood issues, trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression, letting go of the emotional baggage they've been carrying around for years. Often, people find the wounds of childhood hold them back in adult life, don't let this be you. Whatever your issue, know you will find a spirit of acceptance as I help you to work through whatever is causing you emotional pain. I'm told my voice is calming, the British accent I expect, and my sense of humor appreciated. I incorporate the latest 21st Century brain-based, mind body research into my treatment plans. As well as the usual "talk therapies" I have 500 hours of hypnotherapy training, a powerful tool giving incredibly quick results, Emotional Freedom Techniques to help anxiety, EMDR, CBT-I for Insomnia & I am level 2 trained in Gottman couple's therapy.
