Relationships are the most powerful connections that we encounter. They can bring us great joy and happiness, as well as great pain and sorrow. We often get hurt in relationships, so it is in relationships where we heal. As a Marriage and Family therapist, I am committed to helping people heal. My passion is helping people find deep joy in themselves, and in their relationships. I treat a variety of issues: depression and anxiety, trauma, stress management, relationship conflict (couple and family), and grief and loss.
