I specialize in adult mental and addiction treatment. I primarily utilize a Reality Therapy approach, but often integrate components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My passion is working with adults who are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, and stress. I provide a collaborative and compassionate approach that focuses on helping clients take meaningful steps towards positive change. Sessions with me will be collaborative, genuine, and goal-focused. I create a safe and supportive space while also challenging clients to take active steps toward the changes they want to see. I balance empathy with accountability, which helps clients explore what they truly want in life and how their choices are moving them closer or further from those goal
