Either online from anywhere in CT or in my Colchester, CT office, I bring a down-to-earth approach to what can be a difficult, but rewarding, process. I have been practicing since 1999 and have learned, without a doubt, that people heal and grow when they feel safe and not judged and so that is my top priority. I work deeply and emphasize teaching clients to better address their feelings and needs. Not doing so leads to emotional distress and is at the root of anxiety, depression, and the impact of trauma. I also work a lot with OCD, difficulties with motivation, and the general stuckness that people experience.
