Clients seek my help to navigate the struggles and difficulties that often revolve around intimacy/sexuality, family conflict, and personal identity. Those who desire to repair conflicts, reduce problematic (sexual, spiritual, emotional) patterns, establish healthier relationships, or heal trauma interfering with the present will align well. I earned my PhD in Clinical Sexology. This allowed me to professionally expand my practice from relational to deeply personal as sexuality impacts so much. Clients find this work highly valuable. Couples and individuals can expect a very self-reflective experience with an emphasis on building resources to help change unhelpful patterns or reduce distress from painful triggers. Clients will learn to develop resources and should expect to grow in communication skills and understanding. I am EMDR certified and an AASECT certified Sex Therapist.
