As an LCSW from Brescia University (2020), I have one goal - allowing others to be seen and heard for who they truly are. I offer a compassionate virtual space centered around you- the stories you tell yourself about who you are, where you are going, and what makes life...well, life. It is never my goal to "tell you like it is" but to allow you to tell it while I serve as a guide to help you make sense of it. Values such as self-determination and acceptance are the foundation of every interaction. The goal is to help you (re)discover yourself and grow in empowerment/healing to reach your own goals.
