And because trauma has impacted my life as well, I deeply understand how it can shape the nervous system—fueling overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and that persistent feeling of “never good enough.” I share this simply to let you know you’re not alone—I truly understand, and I’ve been in a similar place.
