I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience with a wide range in many areas including substance abuse, mental health, grief counseling and couples counsel. My therapy style is very interactive, compassionate and warm. My therapeutic modalities vary on the client, no one person is the same. Some of the modalities used are Client-Centered, Motivational Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, CBT , Solution Focused Therapy and Psychotherapy. I believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect and will meet you where you are. I strive to create a warm and open environment and have found being interactive allows an individual or couple to be comfortable with talking and engaging. Listening as a therapist is an extremely important skill as well as being able to communicate effectively.
