I have a wealth of experience treating depression and anxiety, and I specialize in treating Eating Disorders from a weight-neutral perspective. I also have experience treating codependency and relational issues. My goal is to help people feel empowered to make changes in their lives and learn to cope with stressors healthily and effectively. I strive to build a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship and believe that empathy and understanding are the keys.
